Maternity Session

It was a nice warm September day for these soon to be parents and their maternity session. Here are some of my favorite photos from the day.

Goodbye Summer..

I wanted to share one last photo as a farewell to the summer but we will see you next year. And don't worry if you would like to extend some nice weather into the September - just leave the humidity behind!!

This is the closest my wife and I got to the beach this summer. Next summer we will be taking this little guy to the beach every chance we get! He was so peaceful that day. He definitely loved the sound of the waves crashing. Looking forward to sandy feet next summer!!

Mom, Dad and Baby

The last few posts have been of my family. It's just an awesome feeling as a photographer to finally be able to capture those special moments I enjoy photographing for my clients for myself. It's just awesome! Here are a few pictures of us with the baby. Some were taken at home and some in our town. My wife took the ones with me in them. I'm impressed with how well those came out. I trained her well! ;)

He is Here!!

July 6th will be a day I remember forever. Our proud and joy was born. A friend of ours bought him a onesie that says "worlds most photographed baby". I am definitely following that saying. Between my camera I use for photo sessions and my point and shoot which is still pretty intense, we have so many photos already of our little guy. He had his newborn session at home. My wife wanted to do classic shots of him and not get crazy with baskets and crazy hats. Navy is his color. Here are a few from the session at just 9 days new.

A Special Maternity Session ~ Part Two

My wife and I have this thing about the water or just being by the beach. I was never a beach person until I met her. The ocean is just a nice peaceful place to unwind and also for me a great place to take photos ;)  My assistant came with us that day to help take some photos of us. My assistant being my tripod and remote for my camera. We experimented this technique a couple of years ago in South Carolina on vacation, did it again when we went to the Caribbean and now pretty much every time we go on vacation. I think i have mastered this task pretty well. Here are a few from the day at the beach capturing the final weeks before our little guy arrives!

A Special Maternity Session ~ Part One

Apologies for being MIA on my blog. 2012 has been busy but great year. My wife and I bought a home and had a baby. So my focus has been on the house and baby preparations. Although, I always find time to capture special moments. Here are a few photos from a mini session I did with my wife around our home. I think after this she went to edit while I painted!

Little C just 14 days new [Newborn Photography]

Hi Everyone!! I have been MIA for a bit - moving, painting and getting stuff set for our new home. So its been busy here but working on my new home and studio so I'm excited about that!

Sorry for getting off track here.... Without further a due, let me introduce you to Little C. Not only was he a good sport during the shoot - he slept the entire time and it was a pleasure to hang out with him. Here are some of our favorite photos from the session.
