FAQ’s?
How does a mini session differ from a full session?
Our regular photo sessions usually last an hour and a half to two hours in length and at the location of your choice. Mini sessions are conducted at a specific location and are thirty minutes in length.  Only one outfit and one location are allowed. Full sessions tend to work best for a child who is shy and may need some time to warm up to their surroundings. The mini session includes up to 4 people per session booked. For example Mom and Dad and 2 children.
What is the cost of the mini session?
The cost is $185 and is due upon registering (Invoices will be sent after your date/time is confirmed.) Session fees must be paid in order to reserve your spot!
How do I sign up for a mini session?
Email me at info@PhotofinaPhotography.com
Include Parents names, child/children’s name(s) and ages, if you prefer a morning or afternoon spot book ASAP. Inquiries will be responded to on a first come first serve basis.  Emails only please.
What if it rains or the weather is bad on the day of our mini session?
In case of inclement weather, mini photo sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled at a future date and time. If you have any questions about weather, please call me at 917.478.2858
What to wear?
You can go with colors of the season for a more casual look or primary colors so that the photos pop. Use patterns, textures and layers to add visual interest but please no graphics or words, they make the photos dated. Most importantly, we want everyone to be casual and comfortable in his or her attire. Be sure to include accessories, hats, scarves, etc. are a great way to change up an outfit in minimal time!
When to arrive?
On-time of course! Please don’t be late as this cut into your shooting time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
Don’t wait to sign up! This mini session will fill up fast!

Family Session to kick off Labor Day weekend

Hi Everyone!!  We kicked off Labor Day weekend with this lovely family. I had a blast at this session and the kids did too. The little guy was able to show off his football skills and his sister enjoyed modeling as we called it.

These are a few of my favorite shots. Enjoy and be in touch so I can capture some special moments of your family.

I love when clients are themselves and I can catch moments like this.

Sibling love. These two were a blast!

Beautiful family on a beautiful day!

One of his last catches landed him in the water. Good ending to a photo session!

Goodbye Summer..

I wanted to share one last photo as a farewell to the summer but we will see you next year. And don't worry if you would like to extend some nice weather into the September - just leave the humidity behind!!

This is the closest my wife and I got to the beach this summer. Next summer we will be taking this little guy to the beach every chance we get! He was so peaceful that day. He definitely loved the sound of the waves crashing. Looking forward to sandy feet next summer!!

He was 4 weeks in this picture - doesn't he look much bigger??
