Fall Family Session

This was just the end of October. The leaves were at their best color. I have been photographing this family for a few years now. It is so nice to watch the little guy grow. I can't get over the colors and the perfect setting for a memorable family photo. Enjoy...

Read below for more....

As of now, Saturday October 27th is open, however I may open additional dates based on how quickly this date fills up!
Here are the details:
Mini Sessions include 30 minutes shoot time as well as 8-10 digital files (print ready with release)
DATE:  Saturday October 27th
TIME: 9am-11:30am and 1:30pm-5pm
LOCATION: Port Washington Area (details will be privately emailed)
FAQ’s?
How does a mini session differ from a full session?
Our regular photo sessions usually last an hour and a half to two hours in length and at the location of your choice. Mini sessions are conducted at a specific location and are thirty minutes in length.  Only one outfit and one location are allowed. Full sessions tend to work best for a child who is shy and may need some time to warm up to their surroundings. The mini session includes up to 4 people per session booked. For example Mom and Dad and 2 children.
What is the cost of the mini session?
The cost is $185 and is due upon registering (Invoices will be sent after your date/time is confirmed.) Session fees must be paid in order to reserve your spot!
How do I sign up for a mini session?
Email me at info@PhotofinaPhotography.com
Include Parents names, child/children’s name(s) and ages, if you prefer a morning or afternoon spot book ASAP. Inquiries will be responded to on a first come first serve basis.  Emails only please.
What if it rains or the weather is bad on the day of our mini session?
In case of inclement weather, mini photo sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled at a future date and time. If you have any questions about weather, please call me at 917.478.2858
What to wear?
You can go with colors of the season for a more casual look or primary colors so that the photos pop. Use patterns, textures and layers to add visual interest but please no graphics or words, they make the photos dated. Most importantly, we want everyone to be casual and comfortable in his or her attire. Be sure to include accessories, hats, scarves, etc. are a great way to change up an outfit in minimal time!
When to arrive?
On-time of course! Please don’t be late as this cut into your shooting time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
Don’t wait to sign up! This mini session will fill up fast!

Family Session to kick off Labor Day weekend

Hi Everyone!!  We kicked off Labor Day weekend with this lovely family. I had a blast at this session and the kids did too. The little guy was able to show off his football skills and his sister enjoyed modeling as we called it.

These are a few of my favorite shots. Enjoy and be in touch so I can capture some special moments of your family.

I love when clients are themselves and I can catch moments like this.

Sibling love. These two were a blast!

Beautiful family on a beautiful day!

One of his last catches landed him in the water. Good ending to a photo session!

Mom, Dad and Baby

The last few posts have been of my family. It's just an awesome feeling as a photographer to finally be able to capture those special moments I enjoy photographing for my clients for myself. It's just awesome! Here are a few pictures of us with the baby. Some were taken at home and some in our town. My wife took the ones with me in them. I'm impressed with how well those came out. I trained her well! ;)

We had a blast with baby J. We did portraits and ended it with a smash the cake session. This little boy knows how to have fun with his Dad and be a sweet little boy with Mom. From flips, to being serious, we caught some great shots of J. Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!!

How great is the thumbs up...

This face was classic.. My wife would try to move him and he gave her the "look" ..
Having a blast being flipped by Dad..

Fun Family Portrait Session!!

We caught the last bit of the sunset (as you can see in the first photo) and got some fun family portraits in. The boys were a blast. I changed up the editing and went with a rustic feel with these photos. They were taken at a beautiful park in Florida and I felt the setting called for it. Leave a comment and let me know what you think. Can't wait to go back and visit!  Enjoy the photos!
